#9 How to store glass bottles, part 1-Förvara glasflaskor, del 1

One way to prevent the glass bottles from breaking while driving is to put a plastic sock on them. You can easily find them at Tax Free shops or at Reimo. This idea is both useful when you store the bottles standing or laying down in a drawer.

Ett tips för att hindra att flaskorna går sönder under färd är att trä på en plastsocka på dem. Du finner dem i Taxfree butiker eller hos Reimo. Denna idea fungerar både när du förvarar flaskorna stående eller liggande i en låda.

#10 Wasp trap-Getingfälla

One idea to get rid of wasps is to make a home made trap. Cut the neck of a soda bottle and put it back up side down. Fill with soda about 2 cm and put some oil on the inside of the top so that the wasps slides down easier. An advantage with this kind of wasp trap is that it works all day even when you are not present. Another benefit is that you don't need to chase and kill the wasps yourself and risk to be stunged. But, you need to use the specific beverage that attracted the wasps from the beginning. For us this summer it was Fanta (orange soda)that the wasps just couldn't resist.

En idé för att bli av med getingar är att göra en fälla. Skär av halsen på en läskflaska och placera den upp och ner. Fyll med läsk ca 2 cm och smörj sedan insidan av toppen med olja så att getingarna lättare ramlar ner i flaskan. En fördel med den här typen av geting fälla är att den fungerar även när du inte är närvarande. Ytterligare en fördel är att du inte behöver jaga getingarna själv och därmed riskera att få ett stick. Men, du behöver gillra fällan med det som getingarna dras till precis just då. För vår del denna sommar så var det Fanta (apelsinläsk), som de var helt galna i.

#8 Dirty floors- Smutsiga golv

What to do to prevent dirty floors? The best way is to not allow any shoes inside the RV. If that's not possible due to for example risk for rain, then you need special rugs. In the first image you see a special doormat that is mounted on the step outside, on which you can rub the most dirt of on and it's made of plastic so it doesn't absorb water. On the steps inside you can place a water and dirt absorbing mat, see the second image. Inside the door of the RV you place a third water and dirt absorber mat, and a small rug to place your shoes on.

 Vad kan man göra för att förhindra smutsiga golv i husbilen? Jo, på trappsteget utanför bilen placeras en plastmatta som inte suger åt sig vatten och som den värsta smutsen tas bort på, se första bilden.
